01 Introduction

Qubegrid provides tools that help businesses create, manage, and grow online stores. Our services may include website creation, templates, product and order management, analytics, payment integrations, marketing tools, and other features available through the platform.

By accessing or using Qubegrid, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

02 Your Account

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating your Qubegrid account and keeping that information up to date. You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity carried out through your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, please contact us as soon as possible.

03 Using Qubegrid

You may use Qubegrid only for lawful business activities. You must not use the platform to conduct fraudulent activities, distribute harmful or unlawful content, infringe the rights of others, interfere with the operation of Qubegrid, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account.

We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect Qubegrid, our users, or third parties.

04 Your Store and Content

You are responsible for the products, information, images, pricing, policies, and other content published through your store. You must ensure that your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

You retain ownership of content you create and upload to Qubegrid. You grant Qubegrid the rights necessary to host, display, process, and deliver that content as part of providing our services.

05 Products and Orders

Qubegrid provides the technology for operating your online store. You remain responsible for the products and services you sell, including their quality, availability, pricing, fulfillment, delivery, returns, refunds, and customer service.

Qubegrid is not the seller of products offered through your store unless explicitly stated otherwise.

06 Payments

Qubegrid may allow you to connect third-party payment providers and merchant accounts to your store. Payment transactions may be subject to the terms, fees, policies, and requirements of the relevant provider.

You are responsible for maintaining valid merchant credentials and complying with the requirements of your selected payment provider. Qubegrid is not responsible for payment failures, delays, restrictions, or interruptions caused by third-party providers.

07 Third-Party Integrations

Qubegrid supports integrations with third-party services such as payment gateways, delivery providers, SMS services, analytics platforms, advertising platforms, and other business tools.

When you connect a third-party service, your use of that service is also governed by its own terms and policies. Qubegrid is not responsible for changes, outages, or restrictions imposed by third-party services.

08 Subscriptions and Fees

Some Qubegrid services require a paid subscription. The applicable price, billing period, and included features will be presented when you select a plan.

We may change our pricing, plans, or features as Qubegrid develops. Where required, we will provide reasonable notice before material changes take effect.

09 Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription according to the options available through your Qubegrid account.

We may suspend or terminate an account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, create a security risk, or use Qubegrid in violation of applicable law.

10 Templates and Qubegrid Materials

Qubegrid may provide templates, designs, graphics, software, documentation, and other materials for use through the platform. These materials remain the property of Qubegrid or its licensors.

You may customize supported templates for your store, but you may not copy, redistribute, resell, or commercially distribute Qubegrid templates or proprietary materials as standalone products without our permission.

11 Domains and Hosting

Qubegrid may provide tools for connecting custom domains and hosting your online store. Domain registration, renewal, and ownership remain subject to the requirements of the relevant domain provider or registrar.

You are responsible for providing accurate domain information and maintaining the rights necessary to use any domain connected to your Qubegrid store.

12 Service Availability

We work to keep Qubegrid available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical issues, security incidents, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may also modify or discontinue features as the platform evolves.

13 Intellectual Property

Qubegrid and its licensors retain all rights to the Qubegrid platform, software, trademarks, branding, templates, interface designs, documentation, and other proprietary materials.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Qubegrid's intellectual property to you.

14 Privacy

Your use of Qubegrid is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information associated with your use of our services.

15 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Qubegrid will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from your use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to Qubegrid, our services, or applicable legal requirements. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of Qubegrid after the updated Terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

17 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Qubegrid will be handled according to the applicable laws and jurisdiction of Bangladesh.
